The Washington Post names Buckley a Top Workplace for sixth consecutive year

Buckley has been named one of The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces in the Washington, D.C. area for the sixth consecutive year — joining the ranks of only 13 other companies to achieve such an honor. Selection is based solely on employee feedback, which measured several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

“We are honored to receive this award for the sixth consecutive year,” said Managing Partner Benjamin B. Klubes. “The Firm’s collaborative and inclusive work environment supports the exceptional work product and client service that have been keys to our success.”

Buckley was one of 200 companies recognized as a Top Workplace, and one of only eight law firms to make the list this year. Buckley’s employees who participated in the survey praised the Firm’s values and beliefs, collegial environment, and inclusive culture.

The Firm has consistently been recognized for its employee satisfaction and a culture promoting diversity and inclusion. Buckley has achieved perfect scores on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, and has repeatedly been named as one of the “Best Law Firms to Work For” by Vault.
