Buckley recognized as a Washington Post Top Workplace for seventh consecutive year

The Washington Post selected Buckley as a Top Workplace for the seventh consecutive year ── one of only nine companies to achieve this recognition. The award is based on confidential and candid employee-feedback surveys that measure workplace culture and professional development opportunities.

“That the firm was able to pivot virtually overnight to remote work, and do so seamlessly, offers strong testimony about our collaborative and collegial culture,” said Co-Managing Partner Benjamin B. Klubes. “We are enormously proud of our entire team for their hard work and gratified by their ongoing commitment to the firm.”

Buckley was one of 200 companies recognized as a Top Workplace. Employees who participated in the survey praised the firm’s friendly workplace environment, inclusive culture, and strong values.

Buckley continues to earn recognition for its employee satisfaction and inclusive culture. The firm has achieved perfect scores on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index for six consecutive years, and has repeatedly been named as one of the “Best Law Firms to Work For” by Vault.
