Buckley recognized as a Washington Post Top Workplace for eighth consecutive year

The Washington Post selected Buckley as a Top Workplace for the eighth consecutive year, making it one of only 14 companies to achieve such recognition. The award is based on confidential and candid employee-feedback surveys that measure workplace culture and professional development opportunities.

“We are very proud of our team and their commitment to the firm — and to one another,” said Co-Managing Partner Chris Witeck. “We’re honored that the Washington Post continues to recognize the collaborative and collegial culture that has been a hallmark of our firm since inception.”

Buckley was one of 200 companies recognized as a Top Workplace in the D.C. area. Employees who participated in the survey praised the firm’s friendly workplace environment, inclusive culture, and strong values.

Buckley continues to earn recognition for its employee satisfaction and inclusive culture. The firm has achieved perfect scores on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index for seven consecutive years, and has repeatedly been named as one of the “Best Law Firms to Work For” by Vault.
