Buckley Webcast: Flood Insurance Compliance Update

Please Join Us for a Complimentary Webcast: Flood Insurance Compliance Update

The mandatory purchase of flood insurance requirements have changed significantly over the past few years, in large part due to the enactment of the Biggert-Waters Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2012, the Homeowner Flood Insurance Affordability Act of 2014, and the regulations promulgated to implement these new laws. Recent updates include, but are not limited to, expanded escrow requirements, increased coverage requirements, lender placed insurance restrictions, and new exemptions. These changes come at the same time as heightened agency scrutiny and increased potential liability for failing to comply.

Join Buckley partner Melissa Klimkiewicz as she discusses the recent changes, emerging trends, and frequently asked questions regarding the requirements.
