Buckley Sandler Webcast: State Regulatory and Enforcement Issues Series – Part Four: Changes of Control and Other Significant Events Impacting State Licensed Entities

On Wednesday, June 7, 2017 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm EDT, Buckley Sandler hosted Changes of Control and Other Significant Events Impacting State Licensed Entities, the fourth of its five-part series of webcasts focused on state regulatory and enforcement issues and trends. This session helped licensees navigate the extensive world of post-licensing issues, including change of control and asset deals, as well as other significant events and the regulatory risk and challenges they pose.

  • Part Five: Examination and Enforcement Trends: This session will discuss the potential for increased state examinations, including multi-state mortgage exams, for mortgage licensees, as well as recent state enforcement cases and increased activity by state attorneys general involving mortgage companies, marketplace lending platforms, and others
