Compliance with TRID 2.0 — the revised version of the TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure rule — becomes mandatory on Oct. 10. Meanwhile, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has only recently begun citing lenders for violations of TRID 1.0.
