Buckley Webcast: State Regulatory and Enforcement Issues Series – Part Five: Examination and Enforcement Trends

On Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 2:00 - 3:00 pm EDT, Buckley concluded its five-part webcast series focused on state regulatory and enforcement issues with a discussion on examination and enforcement trends for state licensed financial services providers. This session discussed the potential for more state examinations, including multi-state mortgage exams for mortgage licensees, as well as increased activity by state attorneys general, and strengthened coordination between state and federal enforcement authorities.
