Jonice Gray Tucker joined CFPB panel at CBA’s Washington Forum
Jonice Gray Tucker joined “CFPB crystal ball,” a panel at the Consumer Banker Association’s new Washington Forum that focused on what appears to be a reinvigorated agenda at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau under the Biden administration. Ms. Tucker, who has represented financial institutions in CFPB supervisory and enforcement matters since its formation, joined panelists in a conversation about what’s on the bureau’s docket under its current acting director, Dave Uejio, and what Rohit Chopra, who Biden has nominated as director, may have planned.
