In the aftermath of the Fall 2017 hurricanes and wildfires, mortgage servicers are continuing to assist impacted borrowers. This program highlighted key learnings from 2017, including tips for time-sensitive triaging to assist borrowers in disaster-affected areas while also meeting compliance obligations.
