Buckley Sandler Adds Depth to FinTech Capabilities with Addition of Jeffrey S. Hydrick to Corporate Transactional Practice

WASHINGTON, DC (August 5, 2015) Buckley Sandler LLP is pleased to announce that Jeffrey S. Hydrick has joined the firm’s Corporate Transactions practice as Counsel in our Washington, DC, office, effective August 3, 2015.  An experienced practitioner and noted expert on mobile payments and bank-related outsourcing transactions, Hydrick will further deepen the firm’s burgeoning financial technology transactional and regulatory practice.

Hydrick has over 15 years of experience working with companies on M&A deals, strategic alliances, mortgage and student lending, outsourcing agreements and other corporate structures and program arrangements. His transactional practice covers all facets of the payments business, including the development and implementation of consumer payment products and services for banks and non-banks; the issuance and distribution of credit, debit and prepaid products; the structuring of payment processing arrangements; bank outsourcing payment product-related activities; and the negotiation of financial and participation arrangements with payment networks.

Prior to joining Buckley Sandler, Hydrick was Counsel at an AmLaw 100 firm. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School (1996) and B.B.A (magna cum laude) from University of Miami (1993).
