Daniel P. Stipano was quoted on March 16, 2020 in a Law360 article, “Libor transition plans could take hit from COVID-19 turmoil,” which discussed COVID-19’s impact on the London Interbank Offered Rate (Libor) deadline as well as the need for banks to create pandemic preparedness plans to keep themselves up and running.
