
Christopher Kushmider

Biography
Christopher Kushmider is an Associate in the New York office of Buckley LLP. Mr. Kushmider assists clients in the financial services industry, primarily in regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters relating to consumer and commercial lending, servicing, and brokerage, mobile payments, federal preemption of state consumer credit laws (including preemption under the Dodd-Frank Act), state licensing issues, and fair lending analyses.
During law school, Mr. Kushmider was a law clerk and legal research assistant for Buckley.
Mr. Kushmider received his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law of Yeshiva University in 2010 and a B.A. from Dickinson College in 2003 (summa cum laude; Phi Beta Kappa).
