Biography
Geoffrey L. Warner is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Buckley LLP, where he represents corporate and individual clients in litigation and government enforcement matters.
Mr. Warner has worked on consumer financial services disputes and litigation under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), California Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), as well as matters involving Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) violations, Unruh Civil Rights Act violations, insurance litigation, and labor and employment issues.
Mr. Warner received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2015 (Order of the Coif, cum laude). During law school he was an editor for the Loyola Law Review. Mr. Warner received his B.S. from California State University in 2010.
