Biography
Graham Gardner is an Associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Buckley LLP, where he represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of government enforcement, litigation, and white collar matters.
His work includes:
- Represented an oil services company, former executives, and U.S. shareholders in disputes before the Department of Justice (DOJ), Interpol, SDNY Bankruptcy Court, and North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) Tribunal
- Represented a multinational mining company and managed document review team as part of an internal investigation into international business practices and potential sanctions violations
- Represented a marketing intelligence company as part of an investigation by the Consumer Protection Branch of the DOJ
- Represented an international bank as part of a money laundering investigation being pursued by the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS), Department of the Treasury, and DOJ
Prior to joining Buckley, Mr. Gardner was an Associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP. He received his J.D. from The George Washington University Law School (with high honors, Order of the Coif) in 2019, where he was a member of The George Washington Law Review. He received his B.A. from Clemson University in 2016.
