Biography
Isabel Dai is an Associate in the New York office of Buckley LLP. Ms. Dai represents a variety of financial services industry clients in a wide range of regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters.
Prior to joining Buckley, Ms. Dai was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where she advised multinational and global banking and financial services corporations on regulatory interpretation, compliance, examination, and enforcement issues, focusing on the requirements and impact of the Dodd-Frank Act and the CARES Act, and overall governance and risk management expectations of the Federal Reserve Board (FRB), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
Ms. Dai is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. She received her J.D. from Fordham University (cum laude) and her B.A. from Wellesley College.
