Biography
Jill Winter is an Associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Buckley LLP, where she represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of government enforcement, litigation, regulatory, and compliance matters involving the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), and state attorneys general.
Prior to joining Buckley, Ms. Winter clerked for the Honorable Harvey Bartle, III in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Winter received her J.D. from the University of Virginia in 2018. During law school, she served on the Editorial Board for the Virginia Law and Business Review. She received her B.A. (summa cum laude) from the University of Pennsylvania in 2015.
