John Kimble is an Associate in the Los Angeles office of Buckley LLP. Mr. Kimble represents financial services industry clients in a wide range of regulatory, compliance, and enforcement matters, including matters relating to fair lending, fair servicing, unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices (UDAAP)/unfair or deceptive acts or practices (UDAP), deposit account, and overdraft protection issues. Mr. Kimble represents clients in internal reviews and investigations, as well as examinations, investigations, and enforcement actions brought by federal and state regulators.
Prior to joining Buckley, Mr. Kimble was an associate in private practice, where he focused on commercial litigation.
Mr. Kimble received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2008. Mr. Kimble received his B.A. (magna cum laude) and his M.A. from the University of Mississippi in 2003 and 2005, respectively.
