Michael Rosenberg is an Associate in the New York office of Buckley LLP, where he represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of litigation and enforcement matters, as well as in internal investigations.
Mr. Rosenberg has represented corporate and individual clients in complex commercial and criminal matters, including cases involving insider trading, international money laundering, and bribery. He has also advised clients on data breach notification obligations and internal controls. Mr. Rosenberg is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
Prior to joining Buckley, Mr. Rosenberg was a Litigation Associate at Moses & Singer LLP. He received his J.D. from Columbia University, where he served as Special Features & Essays Editor, for the Columbia Journal of Race and Law, and his B.A. from Duke University.
