
Michael Rosenberg

Biography
Michael Rosenberg is an Associate in the Chicago office of Buckley LLP, where he represents corporate and individual clients in a wide range of litigation, regulatory, enforcement, and white-collar matters.
Mr. Rosenberg has represented clients in an array of matters, including employment and shareholder disputes, consumer protection class actions, and SEC and DOJ investigations. Mr. Rosenberg’s experience also includes advising software and financial services companies on privacy and regulatory issues, including with respect to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). In helping clients to ensure regulatory compliance, he also drafts internal policies and procedures, and advises clients on data breach notification obligations. Mr. Rosenberg is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
Prior to joining Buckley, Mr. Rosenberg was a Litigation Associate at Moses & Singer LLP. He received his J.D. from Columbia University, where he served as Special Features & Essays Editor, for the Columbia Journal of Race and Law, and his B.A. from Duke University.
