Biography
Sarah Meehan represents clients in a range of litigation and enforcement matters. Sarah has extensive experience representing clients in high-stakes class action and complex commercial civil litigation throughout the country in cases involving federal and state consumer protection statutes as well as in complex commercial disputes in both trial and appellate courts. She has represented clients in a number of enforcements matters before federal and state agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
