Biography
Sarah Davis is Counsel in the San Francisco office of Buckley LLP, where she litigates and advises financial institutions in consumer class actions, complex commercial litigation, and regulatory enforcement actions. Ms. Davis represents clients in a variety matters involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and state unfair practices statutes, including California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act and Unfair Competition Law.
Prior to joining Buckley, Ms. Davis was an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP. She received her J.D. from the University of Virginia in 2010, where she served on the Editorial Board for the Virginia Journal of Law and Politics, and her B.A. from the University of California, San Diego in 2005.
