Sherry-Maria Safchuk discussed the UDAAP chapter of the American Bar Association’s  guide on “Consumer Finance Law: Understanding Consumer Financial Services Regulations" —  that she co-wrote — at the ABA webinar “A Conversation with Section Leadership, Editors and Authors on What You Can Expect to Learn.” Ms. Safchuk has written and spoken extensively on consumer finance and data privacy issues affecting the mortgage industry.
