Mr. Kolar presented "Update on RESPA Reform," reviewing the latest guidance from HUD, the disclosure of YSPs, among other related topics. Mr. Kolar also gave a presentation on the SAFE Act in which he reviewed the background of the SAFE Act, gave an update on state law implementation, and discussed issues in HUD regulation.
